Section 106 captured as regions using Ordnance Survey MasterMap. Section 106 agreements are drawn up when it is considered that a development will have negative impacts on the local area that cannot be mitigated by means of conditions attached to the planning permission. Attribution includes location, application date, application type, development type and description. The data is maintained by Professional Services Officers. This dataset could be used in conjunction with data to get a better understanding of planning constraints in a small, or large scale area.
