This data was produced using Xoserve's list of off-gas postcodes, which is available at http://www.xoserve.com/wp-content/uploads/Off-Gas-Postcodes.xlsx
Xoserve's data shows all postcodes which do NOT have any gas connection, domestic or non-domestic. The data is dated March 2013 and was published in November 2013.
