Ipswich Central is the company responsible for running the town centre Business Improvement District (BID).
The BID allows an additional rate levy to be charged to businesses in a defined geographical area. They are currently in their second phase of the BID which will run for a five year period until March 2017.
The data contains also the boundaries of phase three which will run from April 2017 to March 2022.
Phase is represented in the data set as 'version' showing the time interval when it was in force.
