The Labour Market System is an IT system used by DWP to support getting people into work, whether they are in receipt of benefit or not. The database contains personal details such as National Insurance number, name, gender, refugee status, whether currently in receipt of benefits amongst other information. The data is produced on a monthly basis, and includes geographic information.
