The following information (mandatory data) is now available in one report, which is updated every three months:
• Unique Property Reference Number
• Unique Asset Identity
• Name of building/land or both
• Street number/s
• Street Name
• Post Town & Postcode
• Map Reference (easting/northing)
• Property Tenure Type
• Asset Type (land only/land with building)
All information shown is correct at time of producing the report.
