Data showing groundwater temperature and levels from bore holes are presented. The data were collected from a field experiment in the Conwy catchment between December 2013 and June 2015. Data were...

Data on worker behaviour, experimental treatment and sampling, queen longevity, queen and colony fecundity and queen morphometrics collected for an experiment manipulating costs of reproduction in...

The datasets originate from a field experiment designed to assess the mobility and longevity of DNA in a soil environment. We applied radish DNA - in the form of leaves (solid treatment) and PCR...

These data comprise substrate utilisation profiles (using the BIOLOG gram-negative method) and moisture content data from soil sampled in an upland grassland experiment at Sourhope, Scotland....

This data set consists of data collected from one field season (2018) from the ORPHEE tree diversity experiment run by INRA Bordeaux in SW France. Data was collected on tree traits (tree height,...

This dataset contains high-speed video recordings and particle image velocimetry (PIV) analysis results from granular flow experiments performed on an inclined flume with a fixed rough substrate,...

The semiochemical experiment data were collected from novel laboratory, semi-field- and field-scale bioassay experiments taking behavioural observations and counts of pest insects and their...

The dynamic characteristics of CO2 bubbles in Scottish seawater are investigated through observational data obtained from the QICS project. Images of the leaked CO2 bubble plume rising in the...

Multi-anvil experiments were performed both in static and deformation geometries on olivine polymorphs and MORB (Mid-Ocean Ridge Basalt) -composition garnetite. Faults were induced by uniaxial...

Data consists of presense data of nematode worms in the form of count data.Bulk sediment samples were collected from the Creeksea estuary (south east coast of the UK) in March 2001. The csv file...

This set of conservation biological control experiments data was collected as part of five field experiments investigating agricultural biological control techniques, particularly the effect of...

Collection of data from the PhD Thesis 'Development of coupled processes numerical models of tracer, colloid and radionuclide tranpsort in field migration experiments', submitted as part of the...

This set of data comprises substrate utilisation profiles for saprotrophic fungi (using the commercially available BIOLOG plate method) and moisture content data from soils sampled from...

Hourly time series of current speed, direction and water temperature between Crozet and Kerguelen Islands and in Princess Elizabeth Trough in the Southern Ocean. Area falls under French...

The dataset looks at Fungal hyphal in-growth into sandbags at two of the MOORCO experimental tree planting sites in North East Scotland (Glensaugh and Ballogie). The MOORCO experiment is an...

General soil chemical, physical and microbial properties are presented for soil samples at six depths collected from a field experiment in the Conwy catchment. Samples were collected in May 2015....

This dataset contains information about meteorological conditions and ammonia concentration and deposition rates resulting from an experimental setup. An NH3 enhancement experiment along with a...

Data recorded during hydrostatic pressurisation and triaxial rock deformation experiments of Westerly granite and Darley Dale sandstone. Data consists of mechanical data (load, displacement,...

Data collected include: plant (shoot and root) biomass, a range of soil conditions including mycorrhizal abundance, microbial biomass carbon & nitrogen, soil extractable ammonia, soil extractable...
