Scottish Water (SW) non-reported overflow event data for overflows that are not reported to SEPA as part of the annual regulatory return.
The data file provided contains overflow event data for 2022-2025 for overflows that are known to have permit requirements for permanent event duration monitoring or have monitoring data but do not require reporting to SEPA as part of the annual regulatory return. This includes the overflow asset, measurement point and permit information as well as the start/stop time (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss) and duration ([h]:mm:ss] for each discrete overflow event. The overflow summary tab includes a column which confirms whether all events based on available data have been published or only those greater than 15 minutes 30 seconds.
The data file also contains a summary overflow event data at a measurement point level. This includes; Total number and Total duration of overflow events for each year and additional information such as Type of Overflow, Asset Postcode, Local Authority Area, Asset X&Y (Easting & Northings) co-ordinates and Discharge Receiving Water.
To enhance traceability, a Version History tab has been added to the data, allowing for high-level tracking of changes along with a summary of the reasons for those changes.
