The SCS NCPRP figures do not include a bonus payment made to one member of staff who transferred to a different Civil Service employer, as while the award was made by DCLG the payment was made by the new employer and has yet to be reclaimed from DCLG. If included, the total number of DCLG SCS receiving a bonus would be 23, the total cost of SCS NCPRP would be £218,500, the number of SCS receiving a bonus as a percentage of headcount would be 26.7% and the cost of NCPRP as a percentage of SCS paybill would be 2.4%.
The SCS NCPRP figures include one bonus awarded to an individual who was on secondment for the full year by the organisation hosting the secondment and reclaimed from DCLG.
In year payments to delegated grades were made under the Exceptional Performance Scheme, under which payments can only be £600 or £300. DCLG does not operate an annual performance bonus scheme for delegated grades. |
