The data set shows the housing market zones and the total % of affordable housing required within each zone, plus the required split between social rented and submarket types. The informal interim policy on Affordable Housing was agreed at Executive Board on 16.07.08, with implementation from 21.07.08. The policy increases the % requirements for affordable housing in the outer housing market zones to 30%. All other aspects of the existing adopted SPG remain in force. The SPG and informal policy will be replaced by the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) once adopted. Please refer to Policy H5.
