Across the 4 types of refuse and recycling, the waste service makes approximately 306,000 collections per week. As a performance measure, we aim to keep missed collections below 104 per week.
In 2014-15, we averaged 94 missed collections per week out of 306,000 collections. This mean we missed 0.032% of weekly collections, or 305,906 (99.97%) out of 306,000 collections were successfully made.
