The results are based on responses to questions around
- Public perceptions of and satisfaction with their local NHS
- Usage of and satisfaction with specific areas of NHS care
- Perceptions of key priorities for improvement in the local NHS
- Access to information on health service and care and treatment and patient choice
- Attitudes towards involvement in decision making about local NHS services
