This is a database containing historical data of a sensitive nature i.e. Reported incidents of unacceptable customer behaviour. The Database is built on a small systems platform with access controlled by licence with only a very small number of nominated employees having limited access. The Accidents & Assaults database has been in place since 2005 and was replaced by the Unacceptable Customer Behaviour (UCB) database in 2011.
