The tables provide final outturn estimates of local authority revenue expenditure and financing for the financial years April 2007 to March 2008 and April 2008 to March 2009. These estimates are on a Financial Reporting Standard 17 (FRS17) basis and have been compiled by the Local Government Finance - Data Collection Analysis and Accountancy division of Communities and Local Government.
