Regeneration areas are a series of allocations relating to the Rochdale UDP June 2006. These allocations cover planning policies on regeneration (Chapter 12):
G/R/1 – Physical regeneration (allocations of the broad physical regenerations)
R/2 – Langley physical regeneration area, Middleton (allocation of Langley physical regeneration area, Middleton)
R/3 – Drake Street physical regeneration area, Rochdale (allocation of Drake Street physical regeneration area, Rochdale)
R/4 (a to j) – Areas of opportunity (allocations of areas of opportunity)
