Summary

This data describes the presence / absence of Crassostrea gigas (Pacific oyster), Styela clava (Leathery sea squirt), Crepidula fornicata (common slipper snail), Didemnum vexillum (carpet sea squirt), Undaria pinnatifida (Wakame) and Homarus americanus (American lobster), as derived from real time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) analysis on water samples collected from a number of marina's across the UK during the summer of 2023. Spatial data describing water sample collection is also included.
