This dataset consists of the boundary of the Central setting of Sutton Town Centre. The Central setting is one of 3 broad character areas (together with North and South) which were originally identified in the Sutton Town Centre Urban Design Analysis undertaken in 2009. Each has distinct contextual issues and constraints. The polygon denotes the boundary of the Central Setting (not identical to the boundary of Sutton Town Centre).
