This data concerns complaints made to Passenger Focus about the way in which Passenger Focus resolved a complaint appeal on behalf of a passenger.
This data provides information about both the number of complaints in a csv datasheet and the reasons for this complaint as well as txt data licensing and explanatory notes documents which provide guidance on how to interpret and use the data.
The number and important dates for complaints are shown in the CASES datasheets and there are separate COMMENTS datasheets for each period containing more information about the reasons (known as 'comments') that complaints about the way Passenger Focus resolved a complaint appeal were made.
