Summary

The aim of this project was to determine whether REM can be used to accurately verify and evaluate self-sampling records of the skate and ray catch (retained and discarded) made by the skipper and crew during typical commercial fishing operations.

Seven commercial fishing trips between December 2016 to February 2017 took place.
