This dataset includes a range of determinants present in sediments and water at 8 locations along the Thane River, Vashi Creek, Mumbai between October 2021 and November 2023. Variables measured include geochemical parameters pH, Ec, OM, MC, LOI, TOC, potentially toxic elements; Al, As, Al, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sn, Se, V, Zn, and anions; fluoride, nitrite, bromide, nitrate, phosphate, and sulphate. Data also includes antibiotic quantification within the Creek over the same time point. Data includes quantity of Azithromycin, Ciprofloxacin, Enrofloxacin, Erythromycin, Levofloxacin, Linezolid, Oxacillin, Penicillin, and Sulfamethazine.
