Summary

The Destinations Survey 2011 is a one off survey of 9,000 customers who have left either Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support or Employment and Support Allowance. The survey includes information on the immediate and substantive destination of customers after leaving benefit, such as employment, movement onto other benefits, education and training and unknown destinations.
