The Eastbourne Brownfield Land Register is a list of previously developed (brownfield) sites within the Eastbourne Borough (excluding the South Downs National Park) that meet the criteria in the Town & Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017 and have been assessed as being potentially suitable for future residential development.
