Land Registry’s Price Paid Data tracks the residential property sales in England and Wales that are submitted to them for registration. This dataset is a cut for Leeds, and compiles the date from 1996 to 25/08/2015. It is not anticipated to be updated, but users can simply add additional months to their own version in the future, rather than having to compile all historic data too.
