Summary

An assessment of the design quality of 25 housing schemes in Liverpool. The assessment is based on the Building for Life criteria. Housing schemes were completed between 2004 and 2008, and the assessment was carried out in 2009. Data includes scheme name, grid reference, developer, agent, brief description, planning reference, planning officer, date of planning approval, total number of dwellings, total number of parking spaces, ratio of parking spaces to dwellings, score for individual Building for Life criteria and total score. Six out of the 20 Building for Life criteria, which could not be assessed on-site, were not included in the assessment.
