Locations of still images with habitat characterisation from Bassurelle Sandbank SCI (CEND 03/13). ArcGIS point feature class. Still imageswere collected during the following survey: Bassurelle Sandbank SCI survey on research vessel Cefas Endeavour, cruise code CEND0313 between 29/03/2013 and 31/03/2013.
In total, 511 still images were collected. A camera sledge was deployed from the stern of Cefas Endeavour to capture the images.The position reference point for coordinates was the stern gantry. Camerasledge deployments lasted a minimum of 10 minutes, with the vessel executing a controlled drift at ~ 0.5 knots (~0.25 ms?1) across a 50 m �bullring� centred on the sampling station. Still images were captured at regular one minute intervals and opportunistically if specific features of interest were encountered.
