Summary

Raw sequences produced in 2018 from the stomach samples of lemon sole (n=16), herring (n=36), whiting (n=27), plaice (n=24), haddock (n=15), saithe (n=20), horse mackerel (n=15), grey gurnard(n=15), and mackerel (n=38). Samples were obtained from the North Sea, Eastern channel, and Irish and Celtic Seas. The sequences were analysed using a MiSeq benchtop sequencer.
