GOV.UK is a group of pages that comprises the best place to find government services and information. It can be represented as a network made of pages, represented as nodes, that are connected to each other using links.
The links indicate a relationship between the pages. The structural network is created via the hardcoded links found in the text of the source page (source_base_path) that takes you to the sink page (sink_base_path).
