This dataset contains granted European Protected Species licence applications issued by Natural England. These licences allow the Licence holders to take action to safeguard European Protected Species from negative impacts associated with development and other potentially damaging activity.This dataset is publicised to enable EPS-MIT licence applicants to answer a specific question on the application form that requests information about other existing licences that may act in combination with their own.
