The Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 require that anyone who produces or holds hazardous waste at any premises Wales must register the premises with Natural Resources wales each year, unless the total quantity of hazardous waste is less than 500 kg each year. There is an online public register that allows searches to be run on registrations which shows the business name, registration reference, address, postcode, registration start date and registration end date. The dataset contains live registrations.
