Local Authorities are now legally required to produce a Brownfield Land Register for their area. Sites that can be considered either have to be a minimum of 0.25ha in size or capable of accommodating five or more homes, which can be flats. This page provides data for the Ipswich Borough Council Brownfield Land Register. It will be reviewed at least once a year.
