Summary

This dataset comproses polygon data showing Neighbourhood Planning Areas within Bristol.A Neighbourhood Planning Area is a defined community-led extent used for guiding the future development// regeneration of an area. Once a Neighbourhood Plan for that area has been through a successful referendum the Neighbourhood Plan will be part of the statutory plan for the area and a material consideration in forming planning decisions on applications within it.
