Summary

Data consists of presense data of nematode worms in the form of count data. Meiofauna samples were collected with aNIOZ corer in November 2000 and April 2001, from three study areas in the Silver Pit, central North Sea, that were subject to different levels of fishing effort. The CSV file 'nematode_assemblages' contains the counts of nematode and harpacticoid copepods from each sample. The CSV file 'abiotic_factors' contains infromation on the level of trawling disturbance at each of the sites, as well as sediment granulomety data.
