From April 2014, NHS England is introducing the Staff Friends and Family Test (FFT) in all NHS trusts providing acute, community, ambulance and mental health services in England. Data will show responses of staff to questions on the likelihood they would recommend their organisation as a place for care or treatment, and as a place to work.
