This is a new publication that presents national and LA level figures from the previous academic year for National Indicator 103. This indicator has two separate elements;
A) The percentage of final statements of special educational needs issued within 26 weeks excluding exception cases as a proportion of all such statements issued in the year.
B) The percentage of final statements of special educational needs issued within 26 weeks as a proportion of all such statements issued in the year.
