This data set provides a comprehensive list of brownfield sites across the North Norfolk District Council administrative area that are considered suitable for residential development regardless of their planning status.
The data set is produced in accordance with the Town & Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017 which requires local planning authorities to prepare, maintain and publish a register of brownfield land (previously developed land) which is suitable for residential development.
The register was first published on 18 December 2017 and is reviewed and updated annually.
The dataset is prepared in accordance with the Brownfield Land Register Data Standard.
