Road Verge Nature Reserves were initally identifed in 1991. From an initial selection of 24 sites additional locations have been added as these have come to our attention. These initial 24 sites include data on species composition. The current list of mapped sites numbers 32. The later RVNRs do not yet have associated species data. This list is in the process of being updated and additional site information gathered. Data are collated by Thames Valley Environmental Records Centre.
