Travelwise NI is the Department for Regional Development's (DRD) initiative to encourage people to choose sustainable transport options such as walking, cycling, public transport or car sharing. Travelwise NI is an integral part of DRD's Transportation Policy Division and delivers its programmes in partnership with Roads Service, the Department of Education, DoE Road Safety Branch, Sustrans, the Public Health Agency and Translink.
