Large catalog/data-sets of trading estate runoff giving a general picture of trading estate runoff and additional insight into the risk it poses. Summary statistics were calculated for the runoff catalog/data-sets giving typical and extreme concentrations of contaminants in trading estate runoff. Also includes probability data that an estate establishment will have a facility class present given no information about the business activity undertaken at that establishment and a summary of concentrations of substances in the estate runoff catalog/data-sets and the number of samples and estates that comprises the presented catalog/data-sets. 11 Monitoring data pre-2000 were discarded.
