Land determined as Contaminated Land or designated as a Special Site, in accordance with Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. It is possible other land exists within the Local Authority’s area, that meets the statutory definition of Contaminated Land or a Special Site as prescribed by the Act, which has not currently undergone investigation by the Local Authority to determine if the land meets these definitions
