Summary

Catchwise is an new survey of sea angling taking place across England and Wales in 2023 and 2024. This data contains the secondary sampling sites (points or polygons) for the Catchwise sampling survey. These sites will be surveyed with the aim to to estimate marine recreational fishing (MRF) kept and returned catch per unit effort (fishing trip) by shore and private boat anglers as well as charter boats in England and Wales.
