Seabed video reference collection from North East Scotland (Scottish MPA). The objective of the imagery analysis contract was to undertake a taxonomic analysis of seabed imagery collected with drop-down video systems. Following this analysis, biotopes were assigned (in accordance with the UK Marine Habitat Classification for Britain and Ireland ver 04.05) and the absence/presence of Annex I reef was assessed. For the North East Scotland survey the presence of Priority Marine Features has also been assessed.
