This dataset contains results from the 2025 Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) Combined Organisational Audit. It provides information about the organisation, staffing, resources and delivery of inpatient and community stroke services across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The published Excel portfolios contain results from the May and November 2025 audit rounds. The data can be used to assess services against national standards, compare service provision and support commissioning, research and local quality-improvement work.
