Summary

A data set consisting of polygons depicting the Traffic Separation Schemes and Deep Water Routes around the UK and in the southern North Sea. The coordinates of the Traffic Separation Schemes are approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, who are the UK National Competent Authority. All but one of the Schemes have also been approved by the International Maritime Organisation. The coordinates are used to depict the schemes on UK Hydrographic Office navigational charts at various scales.
