This survey was carried out by Alan Hern as a placement study looking at physio-chemical parameters of the Daucleddau Estuary. A total of 31 stations were sampled and arranged in a linear fashion throughout the survey area. The selection of station sites was based on Morris's survey in 1984. Biological, hydrocarbon and sediment information was obtained using pvc cores. All samples were taken at approximately mean tide level.
