Noise receptors agreed between Union Rail and Thurrock Borough Council for Control of Pollution Act 1974 Section 61 noise predictions during the construction of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) within the borough of Thurrock. The CTRL is now known as High Speed 1. Historical static data. Works completed and rail operational in 2007.
