The data shows trimethoprim/sulphonamide antimicobrial resistance in certain 4 phage types of Salmonella Typhimurium from pigs over the period 2002 - 2014. The data is grouped by year, with totals of cultures tested and their percentage resistance to trimethoprim/sulphonamide. Phage typing of Salmonella further subcategorises Salmonella serotypes. The laboratory facilities are UKAS accredited to BS EN ISO 17025:2000 (Lab Nos. 0941, 1769 and 2112) for an extensive range of tests supported by proficiency testing accredited to ISO/IEC Guide 43-1 1997 (Lab No. 0004).
