Summary

This dataset provides a count of the numbers of samples from cattle for human consumption tested at private laboratories in 2013. Cattle classifications at time of death include: Healthy, Emergency Slaughter, Ante mortem, H-nonEU15+ (Healthy), ES-nonEU15+ (Emergency Slaughter), and AM-nonEU15+ (Ante mortem). “NonEU15+” describes cattle that originally came into Great Britain from outside the core EU member states that still do TSE testing. Please note: this dataset comprises 10 individual spreadsheets, dating from March to December 2013. Attribution statement: ©Crown Copyright, APHA 2016
