Ramsar sites are wetlands of international importance designated under the Ramsar Convention. This dataset contains details for all physical features for all designated Ramsar sites within the UK and its Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies. This is a set of key words developed by JNCC for UK purposes organised in categories for Terrestrial and marine geology/geomorphology, Nutrient status, PH, water permanence, soil type and hydrological information.
