In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and the Community Right to Bid, voluntary and community organisations may nominate an asset where they consider current use furthers the social wellbeing or interests of the local community.
This dataset contains lists of Assets of Community Value approved by Uttlesford District Council and those Assets which have been nominated but were not approved.
