Reccomendations refer to services (Prison Service, Probation Service, Home Office Immigration Enforcement) that are made following the investigations into complaints and deaths in custody. Details include the date of the case, case reference, name, the establishment, the nature of the case, the reccomendation(s), whether it was accepted, and the feedback on implementation where applicable.
