Antibiotic susceptibility tests are presented as the zone of inhibition using the disc-diffusion method, and categorized as resistant, intermediate or susceptible. DNA samples from...

This dataset contains time series observations of surface-atmosphere exchanges of net ecosystem carbon dioxide exchange (NEE), sensible heat (H) and latent heat (LE), and momentum (τ) measured at...

The dataset comprises of physical and biogeochemical measurements of saltmarsh soils from across 22 UK saltmarshes. Between 2018 and 2021, 462 narrow diameter gouge cores (30 mm in diameter) were...

The dataset comprises of biogeochemical measurements of saltmarsh soil collected from 46 salt marshes across Scotland. Sites were chosen to represent contrasting habitats across Scotland, in...

The dataset contains monthly measurements of chlorophyll fluorescence measured using a Walz MINI-PAM II. The chlorophyll flouresence of growing tips of moss samples were measured following...

The number of pollen grains delivered to stigmas in a single visit by flower visitors (from insect orders Coleoptera, Hymenoptera and Diptera) to oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) in southern...

This dataset consists of hourly lake temperature, air temperature, solar irradiance and wind speed data from an automatic water monitoring buoy on Blelham Tarn, a lake in the North West of...

The dataset comprises of plant species recorded from plots located within the Moor House National Nature Reserve, with associated plot information such as slope and aspect, also peat depth. The...

This dataset contains data from a soil survey at Moor House, Cumbria, UK undertaken by Mike Hornung in 1965 as part of his PhD. It contains information about the soil horizons, chemical analyses...

This dataset consists of structure, biomass (carbon density) and biodiversity (plant species richness) from forest inventory plots at forest restoration sites in South and Southeast Asia and the...

This dataset contains information on the occupancy of breeding sites in the non-breeding season, breeding timing and success, and breeding site quality for a sample of common guillemots breeding...

This dataset consists of autotrophic and heterotrophic soil respiration fluxes from peatland plateaus and thawing peatland plateaus and from burnt and unburnt forests from permafrost in subarctic...

Data showing groundwater temperature and levels from bore holes are presented. The data were collected from a field experiment in the Conwy catchment between December 2013 and June 2015. Data were...

Site indices, as a relative measure of the actual population size, for UK butterfly species calculated from data from the UK Butterfly Monitoring Scheme (UKBMS). Site indices are a relative rather...

Physical and geochemical measurements of saltmarsh soils produced from 19 wide diameter gouge cores (60 mm in diameter) collected from eight sites encompassing saltmarshes with different origins...

[THIS DATASET HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN]. 1 km gridded estimates of daily and monthly rainfall for Great-Britain and Northern Ireland (together with approximately 3000 km2 of catchment in the Republic of...

This is a dataset obtained from analysis of lake sediment and overlying water from six sites along a depth gradient, in Loch Leven, Scotland, over a period of one year. Parameters measured from...
